Mindfulness in Every Action… With Tea and Tai Chi.

Every action is unique and of the greatest significance. When an action is performed with total concentration and non attachment, the value found in each  and every 'movement' is more than worthy of our full attention. Developing that attention is as simple as the act of making and drinking a cup of tea or practicing Tai Chi mindfully.
